We are looking for passionate AI/machine learning engineers to join us in innovating our solution to automate employee allocation and management.
Responsibilities:
- Build Machine Learning models for automatic employee allocation(carers).
- Work in cross-functional environment to identify ML challenges and requirements.
- Create algorithms to find optimum path between places for scheduling available domiciliary carers to clients.
- Manage allocation conflicts in the algorithm.
- Work closely with internal team to collect data and develop validation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science, specification in AI, or related work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in developing machine learning models using frameworks (like Hadoop, Tensorflow).
- Strong programming skills in Python/ R.
- Strong mathematics and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in mathematical basis for traditional ML.
- Strong interest and updated in emerging new technologies.
